Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable.
• Proven ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment by hiring qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement staff training on policies and customer service.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching for growth.
• Disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ensure cross-department collaboration to meet business goals.
• Establish safety protocols and monitor for risks such as theft.
• Maintain open communication with Store Manager and participate in meetings.
• Assist in corrective action plans and execute them effectively.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
