Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a Store Operations Leader to oversee daily sales floor activities, manage inventory, and drive revenue at our Walnut Creek location. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate with support areas to meet budget goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management, 1 year in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• English proficiency required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and store team.
• Monitor inventory, donations, and backroom production.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Train and develop store team members.
• Ensure a clean, well‑kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand.
• Partner with community organizations to promote the mission.
• Handle complex sales and returns.
• Travel to other SF Bay locations as needed.
