Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a Store Lead to guide daily operations on the shop floor, oversee cash handling and customer service, and ensure merchandising standards. You will work with management to maintain store performance and a positive environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English.
• 1–2 years of prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to store personnel during shifts.
• Oversee cash register operation, sales/monetary transactions, and cash handling.
• Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and stock placement on the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment; ensure store policies are followed.
• Report problems to Management; support loss prevention efforts.
