• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Administer disciplinary steps with appropriate verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing, including calling in associates during peak periods.
• Lead in recruiting and training store personnel for proper operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory security, and cash handling.
