Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will be responsible for leading daily store operations, coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty.

As the heart of the store, you will oversee scheduling, training, compliance with policies, and collaboration with Store Manager to meet KPI targets while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment and engaging customers with product expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and escalations.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, staffing, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory counts, product counts, and visual merchandising accuracy.
