Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and development of staff.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service quality.
• Manage merchandise opportunities and communicate with store leadership.
• Meet inventory and shrink goals; conduct counts and safeguard stock.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise; follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant work/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime possible.
