Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. in Commerce, CA seeks a store professional with 1–2 years in apparel/footwear retail to deliver excellent customer service, exceed sales goals, and support KPI targets while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrate reasoned analysis, and present information clearly to groups.

• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and succession planning.
