Job summary

PUMA is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver outstanding service in our store. You will drive sales, support teamwork, and help manage daily operations to ensure a premium shopping experience.

The role requires working non-traditional hours and physical readiness to lift up to 30 pounds. Prior retail experience and strong communication are essential to contribute to PUMA’s performance and branding across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-focused retail (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information clearly to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems.
• Basic MS Office skills and familiarity with retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store.
• Help the Store Manager recruit, train, and develop staff for high performance.
• Assist in payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service quality.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership and management.
• Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink targets; conduct physical counts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant store environment; follow policies and procedures.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
