Casper is seeking a natural leader to join as Part-Time Store Supervisor at our Southport location in Chicago. You’ll help oversee day-to-day store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and ensure a welcoming, high‑performing customer experience.

Responsibilities include stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, coaching teammates, coordinating inventory, promotions, and trainings, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of people leadership in retail or customer service.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and assist the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain visual brand standards and store cleanliness.
• Coach associates and ensure product knowledge.
