Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and help drive sales goals.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and contribute to meeting store targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a customer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper receiving and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and learning.
