Job summary

The North Face in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Foundation skills include delivering personalized customer engagement and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support store leadership in optimizing sales, profitability, and store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom processes, inventory flow, and product replenishment.
• Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Uphold safety standards and store policies while fostering an inclusive team culture.
