Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of brand associates, driving a best-in-class customer experience in line with our brand purpose and values. You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through superior engagement, merchandising, and operations.

You will participate in cross-functional leadership training and rotations to develop as part of our leadership program. This role emphasizes coaching, performance, and brand adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store productivity goals.
• Engage customers in conversation about The North Face products and local events.
• Supervise floor coverage, opening/closing store as scheduled.
• Provide training and development on customer engagement and company programs.
• Support financial and operational objectives including expense control and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Uphold VF Corporation values and policies across the team.
