Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a Store Lead to support daily operations on the Santa Clara County retail floor. You will guide staff, manage cash tasks, and ensure a safe, orderly environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and enforcing store policies. Strong English communication and prior retail leadership are preferred to help drive store performance and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• 1-2 years of Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to store personnel during shifts.
• Oversee cash register operation, sales and transactions.
• Assist with inventory, display and merchandising.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
• Report problems to management and loss prevention.
