Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a retail environment with progressive responsibility.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day store activities and develop action plans.
• Strong communication and leadership to develop team.
• Ability to manage schedules and payroll basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and developing action plans to improve results.
• Establish duties and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure store signage, cleanliness, and inventory procedures are followed.
• Manage payroll and loss budget and participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Provide customer service leadership and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain store policies and procedure compliance.
