Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Sets job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identifies training opportunities to improve performance.
• Communicates core values and builds teamwork.
• Monitors competitive environment and informs leadership of adjustments.
• Provides product feedback and merchandising recommendations.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensures inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.

• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Oversees stock levels and ordering to maintain inventory.
• Ensures quality and freshness of products and accurate signage.
• Manages payroll and loss prevention budgets; trains new employees.
• Supervises day-to-day team operations and escalates issues as needed.
• Delivers timely completion of responsibilities to maximize customer service.
• Adheres to company policies and protects confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
