Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while delivering prompt customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team members.
• Ensure store signage, cleanliness, and product display standards are maintained.
