Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to the store’s success in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and store standards.
• Deliver personalized customer engagement and model selling behaviors.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and stockroom operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure timely product replenishment.
