Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture and drive KPIs.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and customer experience to ensure brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage with floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards program and MCC/Extend services to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
