Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or wireless environments.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment preferred.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance and develop a high performing team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management by interviewing, hiring and developing store staff.
• Coach team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage customer flow.
• Drive store metrics, analyze data, and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee daily store operations and scheduling when the GM is away.
• Maintain store merchandising and product knowledge to support sales.
