You will model Victra's standards, manage staffing, and translate weekly goals into actionable plans on every shift. This role rewards performance with base pay, commission, and store bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service in the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring store talent; developing the team you already have.
• Training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage customer flow.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own personal and team sales performance and coach in the moment to drive results.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, finances, and compliance; ensure store uptime.
