Job summary

Crate and Barrel in Chamblee, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations to drive efficient store operations, back-of-house excellence, inventory, scheduling and training of associates. Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate workload across the store to ensure plan execution.
• Align with management on store goals and initiatives for all associates.
• Establish and communicate metrics for sales, operations, safety, payroll and training.
• Analyze reports daily/weekly/monthly to inform sales, productivity and budget.
• Promote customer experience and teamwork while coaching associates.
• Set expectations and model excellent service to customers.
