Job summary

Five Below is hiring in Texas for an hourly retail leadership role. You will oversee stock receiving, merchandising, and promotions while supervising associates and handling opening/closing duties. As Manager on Duty, you’ll drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and train new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of store displays and promotions.
• Handles opening or closing the store, including security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates for policy adherence.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising & service.
• Executes market plan with signage and inventory integrity compliance.
• Maintains customer service standards and assists as needed.
