Goodwill San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead retail store teams and co-manage donation operations to meet revenue and service goals.

You will ensure safety, train and develop staff, optimize scheduling, monitor inventory and expenses, and partner with HR to uphold mission and quality standards.

A high school diploma and 3 years of supervisory experience are required; some college is preferred; MS Office skills and valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in production/retail operations.
