Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead retail store teams and manage donation operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure safety, customer service, and efficient store performance while supporting mission-driven programs.

The role requires developing staff, coordinating with HR, and maintaining strong operational standards to meet revenue and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising production and/or retail operations.
• Experience in non-profits and human services work environments is a strong plus.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and meet the physical requirements.
• For positions requiring driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads retail store teams and co-manages donations operations to meet goals.
• Establish a culture of safety, ethics and quality in store operations.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members for continuous learning.
