Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree in management, operations or similar field a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising production and/or retail operations using standardized quality and productivity processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-manage store and donation operations to meet goals while ensuring customer service excellence.
• Create and maintain safe, ethical, and high-quality store operations and training environments.
• Develop staffing models, schedule procedures and coaching to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising and donations to maximize mission impact and revenue.
