Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead retail store teams and oversee donation operations. You will help meet revenue and customer service goals while ensuring safety and process compliance.

You will mentor staff, optimize staffing and training, and work closely with the General Manager/Retail Store Operations to deliver mission-driven results in a dynamic nonprofit environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising production and/or retail operations to achieve revenue, productivity and other goals.
• Experience in non-profits and human services work environments is a strong plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-manage retail store operations to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, ethics and quality in all store activities.
• Train, mentor and develop store team members.
• Schedule staff effectively to maximize customer service.
