Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree in management, operations or related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, operations or a similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead retail store teams and co-manage operations to meet goals and ensure safety.
• Provide leadership, training and mentorship to employees to improve performance.
• Develop staffing models and scheduling procedures to maximize efficiency in retail and donation operations.
