Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related management experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience training and developing a 40+ person team.
• Ability to handle cash and perform cash handling duties.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to work with residents and teams while maintaining professionalism.
