Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Florida to support the General Manager in leading store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires supervising a large team, controlling labor costs, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English, operate electronic equipment, and follow safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
