Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff in the Store Director's absence.
• Supervise front-end operations and evaluate front‑end clerks.
• Forecast sales, schedule labor, and manage costs.
• Ensure customer service excellence and handle complaints.
• Maintain cash control, inventory, and store security.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Participate in hiring decisions and discipline up to termination.
