Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Director to assist the Store Director in daily store operations and to lead the team in their absence. The role covers store performance, cash control, inventory, security, customer service and staff management.

You will supervise the Front End, forecast weekly sales, plan labor, and drive cost control while ensuring products are well displayed, promoted and in stock. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year as assistant manager or 2 years as department manager in retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong planning, organizational, math and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of store operations during the absence of the Store Director.
• Supervise the front end and evaluate front end staff performance.
• Forecast and analyze sales to meet or exceed goals.
• Schedule labor within wage budgets and manage cost control.
• Support development and execution of merchandising and promotions.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with policies and laws.
