Albertsons Companies in Northern California is seeking a Store Director responsible for day-to-day operations, employee supervision, and store-level decisions. The role demands leadership in directing staff, managing the enterprise, scheduling, and reporting to the District Manager/HR as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Three years Store Manager experience in multi-department operation or five+ years in an Assistant Manager capacity.
• Retail grocery experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management responsibility for the operation of a retail grocery store, including performance, cash control, inventory, security, customer service and staff management.
• Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to align with sales goals and wage budgets; create action plans for cost control.
• Drive product placement, display accuracy, and promotion execution to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure store maintenance, cleanliness, safety and sanitation; manage cash handling and security.
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and progressive discipline up to termination as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with union officials and ensure compliance with applicable collective bargaining agreements.
