Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for employees, customers, and management.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment by identifying and hiring qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement training to ensure staff follow policies and customer service standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Take disciplinary actions to maintain standards of conduct and performance.
• Supervise and coordinate store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ensure departments work together to reach business goals and optimize workflow.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and customers.
• Monitor security risks and take proactive measures against theft and shoplifting.
• Maintain open communication with Store Manager about performance and challenges.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance and strategies for improvement.
• Assist in corrective action plans and monitor outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
