Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear Bridgeton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, merchandising, scheduling and customer service excellence.

You will oversee store activities in the Store Manager’s absence, help recruit and coach staff, and ensure profitability through effective control of inventory and displays. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear or apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
