Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with the Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Maintain high quality customer service and merchandise presentation.
• Support services and merchandise promotion as needed.
