Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification or ability to become CPR certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
• Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees engaged in sales, inventories, cash reconciliation, and daily records.
• Direct store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring accurate transactions and proper processing of donated goods.
• Perform cashier and processing duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and employees.
• Coach and train staff to meet agency expectations.
