Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and communicates work performance; may assist with interviewing and orientations.
• Ensures customer/donor service and develops donors for the store.
• Monitors pricing, stocking, and display within approved ranges; maintains store appearance.
• Balances cash, deposits, and maintains daily transaction records; deposits may occur in personal or company vehicle.
• Operates cash register, processes payments, voids, returns, exchanges and credits.
• Maintains proper rotation of merchandise and loss prevention practices.
• Handles payroll-related records and other day-to-day paperwork in the manager's absence.
• Ensures a clean and safe store environment and compliance with policies.
