Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities and help lead the team to deliver great service.

Responsibilities include organizing merchandise, maintaining store standards, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention while upholding policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, maintain seasonal areas.
