Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience and/or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management and customer service in daily operations.
• Train store team and educate on policies and communications.
• Assist GM in addressing store issues and maintaining inventory levels.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotions, and out-of-stocks.
• Ensure inventory control, staffing, labor budget adherence, and safety guidelines.
• Learn and understand P&L statements.
