Socket.dev is seeking a Store Assistant Manager (full-time) to work with the Store Manager on operations and to guide a team of brand advocates, delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train staff, manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention while supporting flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience staffing, coaching, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and ensure standards.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through team collaboration.
• Lead visual merchandising and brand adherence on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper replenishment and inventory control.
• Support loss prevention, safety policies, and store procedures.
• Assist in training, operations, and store administration.
