Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, payroll administration, and analyzing store reports to manage expenses.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and approachable store environment and coach teams to deliver customer service excellence.
