Job summary

Ross-Dress-For-Less in Chicago is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and uphold Ross standards. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will steer the entire store, ensuring productive schedules, accurate payroll, and an engaging customer experience.

You will recruit and develop non-exempt Associates, manage expenses, maintain safety, and reinforce merchandising guidelines while delivering exceptional service and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of store or assistant store manager experience.
• Ability to supervise and motivate store associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• English fluency.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Basic arithmetic for retail.
