Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Regular attendance is essential
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage and review payroll documentation.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and customer services.
• Models sales techniques and shares product knowledge to help customers find merchandise.
• Maintains a visually appealing store with proper housekeeping and visual merchandising.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising to keep the store up to standard.
• Monitors sales activities and productivity; provides feedback and coaching to associates.
• Handles cash, pricing changes, and merchandise handling in accordance with policy.
• Manages inventory receipt/dispatch and daily replenishment; conducts physical inventories.
• Ensures store operations are maintained for safety and efficiency.
• Supports compliance with policies and loss prevention; trains associates on Controls.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and development of store staff; communicates KPI results.
