Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Ability to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/move on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform cash handling, pricing changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; review payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitor associate activities and productivity; provide feedback and coaching to achieve full potential.
• Maintain awareness of customers to improve service and reduce security risks; follow payment/exchange policies.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions; merchandise display per current standards.
• Assist in receipt and dispatch of inventory per company policy.
• Supervise associates in sales, inventory, and cashier tasks; prepare weekly schedules.
• Demonstrate product knowledge; suggest merchandise and locate items to meet customer needs.
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobe management.
• Support visual directives and store sets; participate in merchandise replenishment.
• Contribute to associate development; interpret KPI reports and provide performance feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
