• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and minimize security risks.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions; presents merchandise per current standards.
• Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory per policy.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling; prepares weekly schedules.
• Models sales techniques and educates customers on products; helps find merchandise.
