Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store operations, drive customer experience, and maximize profitability. You will supervise sales activities, handle cash and POS tasks, and help manage inventory and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally and timely.
• Perform cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; review time sheets/payroll docs.
• Monitor sales activities and coach associates to achieve goals.
• Maintain awareness of customers to improve service and reduce security risks.
• Present merchandise per current promotions and standards.
• Assist in receipt/dispatch of inventory and supplies per policy.
• Supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation; prepare weekly schedules.
• Model sales techniques and product knowledge; suggest merchandise based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties.
• Participate in and facilitate visual directives and merchandise replenishment.
• Assist in development of store associates; provide feedback for evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
