Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in-store, greet customers and assess needs.
• Oversee full store operations, staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Lead, hire, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Ensure store compliance with audits, security, cash handling and paperwork.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers; model company values.
