Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly goals. You will manage operations, inventory, and customer service while maintaining brand standards across store locations.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and coordinate with leadership to execute store plans.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and lead the team toward set sales goals.
• Mentor, train, and develop Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews; drive store metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company vision and maintain brand standards.
