The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, daily operations, and driving sales while maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates must be able to read and interpret diagrams and safety rules.
• Strong math skills for calculations and percentages.
• Experience with cash handling and deposit controls is required.
• Ability to operate a cash register and generate reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all store employees and daily operations across planning, stocking and selling.
• Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and provide coaching.
• Ensure staffing levels meet store needs and conduct regular scheduling.
• Communicate performance, safety expectations, and policy adherence.
• Open/close store as required; maintain cash control and security.
• Review sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Order products to meet stock targets and manage BSR counts.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and pricing signage.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant shopping environment.
• Complete paperwork and reporting within deadlines.
