Dollar General seeks an experienced store leader to manage operations, staffing, and customer service across all store processes. You will oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, and compliance with company policies while driving sales and inventory accuracy.

The role requires strong people skills, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute to a safe, well-organized store with effective merchandising and loss prevention.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees per laws and company policies.
• Provide proper training, conduct performance evaluations, identify gaps for solutions or counseling.
• Make recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate expectations; coordinate safety, security and policies.
• Ensure store staffing and opening/closing per week.
• Evaluate operating statements for sales, profitability, and shrink trends; identify expense control opportunities.
• Review ordering plans and inventory control; follow up on stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store.
